Unfortunately, I don’t know the names of the previous tech guys who were at my premises on 3rd Oct…but they deserved to be mentioned for their professional attitude, technical skill, and great customer service skills!! They went above and beyond what has been expected from them!! They came to fix my drywall in the bathroom and realized that one door from the bathroom cabinets was sitting on the side, and they fix that as well (I tried to attach that door before but I couldn’t do it right 🙁
Don’t see very often someone with that level of customer service, someone who is willing to help without asking for help or expecting anything in return!! Kudo to them!! 👏👏

I was walking this morning, admiring the South Gate entrance again for the umpteenth time, when a Board member from La Florentine got my attention and wanted me to know how impressed their Board members were with our lighting and overall redo. She stated, “The lighting makes it look like there are million-dollar homes within the gates, and it gives the same impression as Rancho Santa Fe homes with their lighting.”
In fact, the La Florentine Board is now getting proposals to imitate our beautiful lighting! And they loved the gatehouse clean up as well and are thinking of doing that to theirs. So, in a sense, Casabella is becoming a trendsetter!
I just thought I’d pass this on. We are looking forward to improving North Gate now since the contrast is quite remarkable.
