We have implemented a policy to have employees that feel under the weather to stay home. We are practicing social distancing and consistent hand washing. Employees have been informed to avoid areas with 10 or more people if a 6-foot perimeter is not available. Our janitorial department is continuing to be diligent in cleaning all public areas and is accommodating contracted clients in detailed/ additional disinfecting cleaning requests. We are keeping up with the government's recommendations to make sure we are doing our part to ensure the health of our employees, clients, and accounts. Dismiss notice

Having lived in the Chateau Townhomes community since its inception 25 year ago, I have personally witnessed and worked with a variety of maintenance and contracting firms over the years. Without a doubt, McKowski’s has proven to be the best in every respect. As you are aware, we have used your firm for everything from replacement of large wood decks to a monthly maintenance contract and in all instances we have been more than satisfied with the work performed.While finances are always of utmost importance to a condo association such as ours, quality and craftsmanship are also necessary in order to preserve our collective investment in our homes and community. We are fortunate to be working with a company that not only prides itself in delivering top of the line service and quality work, but also understands the unique needs of a condo association.
