Background
A client’s property has a hill on one of its sides which was pouring soil into the neighbors backyards and causing damage to their properties.
The Challenge
Our challenge was to install a retention wall and water proof it to avoid damage during rainy season and prevent landslides.
Our Solution
We installed a concrete retention wall, filled the upper wall with concrete to reinforce it and make it more stable, waterproofed both sides of the wall and back-filled the dirt. The neighbors down below will be happy the hillside will no longer pour into their backyards.
