Balcony Railing in Old Town

The Challenge

The posts were cut off at the tops and the railings nailed to a pieced together posts. The fascia boards were dry rotted along with the base of the posts. The railing had come loose from the center post.

Our Solution

McKowski’s removed the old posts, Fabricated new re-sawn posts, replaced the fascia boards and secured the new posts using galvanized lag bolts.

All new wood was primed on all 6 sides prior to installation then painted to match. The result is a solid secure railing that will keep your loved ones safe for years to come.
