Background
Old store needed a facelift.
The Challenge
Rebuilding while businesses were still in operation and a tight 90 day window of completion before spring break.
Our Solution
Stripped everything down to the studs, installed new windows, new lath plaster and restucco exterior walls. Removed planter and installed new drain for down spouts, repainted building and installed new awnings. Completed on time and under budget.
