Art of Eight Training and Fitness Center is not only San Diego’s premier Muay Thai, kickboxing and boxing gym, but AO8 is a truly first class and unique experience.
The Challenge
Convert former building to a fully functional MMA gym with men and women locker and shower areas, weight room, boxing ring and wrestling mats and an aerobics mat area from start to finish with an accelerated critical path (start to finish in 2 months).
Our Solution
We demolished existing space area, installed sewer and sanitary lines for lockers, built up locker and gymnasium areas, installed new HVAC system, all the plumbing and plumbing trees for showers and locker rooms and acid stained the concrete areas. Established a fully functional state of the art gymnasium and met customer requirements for 2-month completion.
