North Park Balcony Repair
The Problem
A North Park Condo association needed all 16 balcony floors and railings repaired.
Access was difficult due to the height and on the North side there was no room for ladders or lifts.
The Solution
They called McKowski’s.
Scaffolds were set up by American Scaffold to give us safe access to all 16 balconies.
The balcony floors were replaced and resurfaced using the MACoat waterproofing system, and any structural issues were addressed. The railings were repaired as needed and painted.
The bridge deck surfaces were also painted to match the balcony floors.
The Result
The residents can now safely enjoy their balconies with confidence.
The HOA has met the SB326 requirements.
