Rancho Bernardo Fence And Sidewalk Repair

The Problem

An HOA in Rancho Bernardo had a lifted entry sidewalk causing a serious trip hazard, and a wood fence badly leaning. The HOA called McKowski’s to inspect and provide a bid to repair.

The Solution

The soil piled along the inside of the fence was moved back. The fence posts were replaced and the new framing, and T-111 was installed. The new siding and trim were pre-primed prior to installation and then painted to match.

New electrical was run for the fence light. A new gate was fabricated and installed.

The sidewalk was demoed and after an arborist approved, the roots were cut and removed. The new sidewalk was poured, and a salted finish applied to match the existing patio floor finish.

The Result

The Homeowner is happy, he no longer has a trip hazard to navigate, and has a new fence to beautify his home.

For the HOA, a liability has been corrected and the obligation to maintain the fences has been fulfilled.

For McKowski’s, We have been contracted to replace more fences throughout the association, Some with wood and others with Vinyl.
