Termite Damage Repair in North Park
The Problem
An association in North Park had termite damage to their stair stringer, and the concrete landing was cracking.
The Solution
We have done work for this association in the past so they asked if we could help.
McKowski’s expert team was able to remove and replace both of the ledger boards in one day so the residents were able to access their units.
The landings were also done in less than a day. We installed new flashings and a West Coat MCCoat waterproofing system.
McKowski’s repaired and painted the stucco wall and painted the steel railings. We then finished it off by power washing the stairs.
The Result
The resident can use the staircase without fear of collapse, and the appearance is beautiful. You can really see the difference in the side by side staircases.
