The Problem
An association in Scripps Ranch reported their pool gate arbors were dry rot damaged and be coming unsafe.
The Solution
Their management company called McKowski’s and asked for a bid to repair.
The bid was signed by the board and McKowski’s went to work.
The wood was pre-ordered and milled to the required specs. All wood was pre-primed on all six sides prior to assembly and then painted to match the original color.
The Result
The property was very pleased with their new arbors which are now safe and make the pool entrance inviting for the residents of the community.
