The balcony stucco was cracking, and the balcony started to sag. A stay off notice was issued to the residents.
The Solution
McKowski’s completely demoed the balcony and rebuilt it.
At the request of the HOA, McKowski’s added a support post at the free-floating end to support the heavy stucco balcony.
