The Challenge
At the Ranch House in a high-end association, the sidewalks were being lifted by tree roots, creating unsightly, and dangerous trip hazards.
Our Solution
McKowski’s demoed the affected area of the sidewalk and removed the roots. The soil was compacted and graded.
Custom forms were set to give the sidewalk a nice curved, flowing design.
The new concrete was mixed and poured on-site and finished to match the existing.
Results
The aesthetics of the pathway were restored and ready to be enjoyed.
