The Challenge
A sewer line backed up and flooded the entire home while the owner was away. A plumber was called in to replace the clogged pipe and restoration clean up the mess and did sanitation plus dry out.
Our Solution
McKowski’s replaced the patio concrete and installed new insulation and drywall throughout the unit.
Drywall tape, and mud, were applied, then a finish coat was used to make the project ready for texture and paint.
