Vinyl Fencing in Rancho Bernardo
The Problem
An association in Rancho Bernardo had a fence that was falling over due to termite damage to the posts and internal framing.
It was becoming a hazard for the residents.
The Solution
Since this is a recurring monthly account for McKowski’s Maintenance, we were asked to remove the wood fence and replace it with a new vinyl fence.
It was a little tricky due to the uneven terrain, different surface textures, and fence size variations, but we were able to build a custom dark walnut wood grain vinyl fence to replace the old wood fence.
The Result
The resident is very pleased with the look of the new fence and the HOA is happy they won’t need to worry about termites damaging this fence ever again.
