The wood fence in the common area park had deteriorated and the invasive shrubs had all but knocked down the fence.
The master association called McKowski’s to come and replace the damaged fence section.
The invasive bushes were removed and McKowski’s took down the old and built a new fence. We attached the pickets with coated screws, so they won’t rust or pull out.
All the wood was painted prior to installation and then a second coat was applied after assembly.
Once painted with the association’s approved paint color, the fence looked clean and bright.
The sitting area is now inviting and no longer looks like a scene from a horror movie. They should have waited; Halloween is coming soon…
