The Challenge
An HOA in San Diego wanted to upgrade the current pathway due to existing trip hazards and to make better use of an outdated landscape area. Some of the new elements had to match existing style.
Our Solution
Mckowski’s Maintenance Systems removed existing landscape and sidewalks, expanded the courtyard and installed matching balustrades and new custom concrete work.
Result
The end result was a beautiful pathway and resting area complete with decorative concrete benches that complement the bridge and lake area.
