New Patio Wall and Concrete Floor

The Challenge

The concrete floor was deteriorating and cracking due to tree roots lifting it.

The patio wall framing was rotting out.

The post deteriorated and the wall sunk flush against the soil.

The wall was cracking and pulling away from the building wall, allowing water intrusion into the unit.

Our Solution

McKowski’s completely demoed the wall and the concrete floor.

We removed the roots and repoured a new concrete floor.

We then installed all new pressure-treated wall posts and re-framed the wall.

We repaired the water intrusion to the unit and applied the stucco process to the wall.

Results

An inviting new patio. And no worries about flooding when it rains.
