The Challenge
The pool restroom door would not close on its own and was delaminating.
The pump room doors were delaminating. Kids were breaking into the pump room and readjusting the pool temp to 104 degrees.
Our Solution
McKowski’s replaced the old restroom door with a new pre-hung metal exterior grade door and adjusted the closer.
The pump room doors were removed and replaced with exterior grade steel doors, complete with a threshold. A metal astragal was added to the doors to prevent break-ins.
All new matching re-sawn wood trim was installed on the women restroom and Hardy trim was installed around the pump room doors.
Looks great, and the pool area is ready for summer.
